Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Current CNA or MA preferred; nursing-related coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides mobilization assistance for patients safely.
• Reviews activity orders in the EMR and follows restrictions.
• Greets patients, families, and staff per service standards of Tufts Medical Center.
• Communicates patients’ clinical data to the assigned nurse promptly.
• Completes mobilization documentation accurately in the EMR.
• Provides comfort measures and assists with skin assessments under supervision.
