Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Pharmacist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Ridgeland, MS. This role conducts sterile compounding, dispensing and clinical monitoring, aligned with state and federal requirements, and collaborates with nursing, intake and reimbursement teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Pharmacist with PharmD or R.Ph license and clinical experience.
1–3 years in specialty infusion or hospital IV room.
Active state licensure required.
Strong clinical and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Provide compounding, dispensing and clinical monitoring per physician orders.
Comply with local, state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations.
Direct supervision of pharmacy staff to ensure compliance.
Coordinate pharmacy services with nursing, intake, reimbursement, sales and marketing.
Support QA/PI initiatives and participate in staff training.
