Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Pharmacist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Ridgeland, MS. The pharmacist will perform sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring in compliance with state and federal regulations, while collaborating with nursing and other departments to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-call rotation, and adherence to USP 797/800 standards, with opportunities to train staff and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or licensed R.Ph with clinical experience.
• Active state licensure is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in specialty home infusion or hospital IV room setting.
• Excellent clinical and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring as prescribed.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Coordinates services with nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales and marketing for optimal patient outcomes.
• Supports quality assurance programs and staff training.
• Assists with orientation of new staff and may precept interns.
