Sutter Health's ABSMC-Summit Campus is seeking a Per Diem/Casual Kitchen Aide to support patient meals, snacks, and cafeteria service. You will follow recipes, handle dish washing, line trays, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The role requires HS Diploma or GED, basic math, and good English communication. Candidates should be reliable, able to multi-task, and uphold PHI privacy and safety standards in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• HSDiploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must read, write and speak English; follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic food production knowledge and ability to use food service equipment.
• Ability to measure ingredients and adjust recipes accurately.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and multi-tasking in a hospital setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform general kitchen duties: food preparation, storage, and sanitation.
• Support tray line, cafeteria, dish room, host/hostess, or catering areas.
• Maintain PHI privacy and comply with safety regulations.
