San Diego Post Acute is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide (Food Services) in California to support meal service operations. The role includes learning routines, setting up trays, and assisting with serving meals.

You will work under the Cook and Dietary supervisor, maintain cleanliness, operate the dishwasher, and help with snacks. A high school diploma and a food handlers' certificate are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handler's certificate.
• Ability to read recipes and follow procedures.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements and portions.

Responsabilités

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain clean kitchen surfaces.
• Assist with food preparation and nourishments.
• Sweep, mop, and keep floors clean in the kitchen area.
• Carry out trash and garbage and restock supplies.
• Leave the kitchen clean and sanitary for the next shift.
