Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school apprenticeship preferred.
• 3+ years in construction, commercial, industrial, or facilities operations.
• Valid driver's license preferred; OSHA familiarity and safety regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install hospital building systems and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, generators, air compressors, and related systems.
• Interpret blueprints/schematics and use diagnostic tools; identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Work independently or with teams to respond to routine and emergency maintenance needs.
