Job summary

Chapters Health System is seeking a Per Diem RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within hospice and hospital settings. The role supports the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to ensure comprehensive planning of care and timely, respectful discharge planning across Florida facilities.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in the relevant state, BLS certification, and have strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state where work is performed.
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals (AHA/Red Cross).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in hospice or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
