Ennoble Care is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate at-home care to terminally ill patients in the Mercer County region, NJ.

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, administer medications, and support patients and families with end-of-life planning. A valid NJ RN license and hospice/home health experience are required. Per diem schedule with benefits for full-time employees as stated.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ RN license; hospice or RN experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects.
• Committed to safety, ethics; sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care.
• Visit patients as needed to evaluate their condition.
• Provide support and comfort according to patient needs.
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute patient care.
• Help in administering medication.
• Alleviate end-of-life symptoms.
• Notify doctor as needed.
• Assist patients and families with paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Support relatives and provide post-mortem support.
