Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse to cover Cape May / Cumberland / Atlantic County, NJ. The role provides hospice and home-based care, delivering comfort and support to terminally ill patients and their families.

The RN must be NJ-licensed with at least 1 year of RN experience, hospice experience preferred. Travel to patient homes and collaboration with care teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be licensed in NJ as a Registered Nurse by New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• One year of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Excellent assessment and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care.
• Make visits to the patient as needed to evaluate their condition.
• Provide support and comfort according to each patient’s needs.
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute patient care.
• Assist with administering medication.
• Alleviate end-of-life symptoms as needed.
• Notify a doctor when a patient's condition warrants it.
• Assist patients and families with paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Provide post-mortem support to families.
