Job summary

We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice visits for the MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice office in Charleston, SC. The RN will follow care plans, visit patients in their homes, administer medications, manage wounds, and document progress using EMR tools.

Qualified candidates hold an SC RN license, have at least 1 year of clinical experience, and can travel to cases. Prior home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current SC RN license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
