Job summary

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Hospice Care Assistant (CNA) to support patients at home. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily activities, and help sustain dignity and comfort in the home setting.

You will work closely with the RN case manager and interdisciplinary team to ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to infection prevention and privacy standards while traveling across the service area.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in GA.
• Minimum of one year of CNA experience in hospice, palliative care, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide comfort, dignity, and support according to the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the RN and hospice team to coordinate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe home care environment and document care provided.
