Job summary

Cadre Family Companies Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care seeks a compassionate Hospice Care Assistant (CNA) to support patients in their homes across Georgia. You will work with a collaborative clinical team to deliver high-quality, dignified care in alignment with the patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in GA is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in hospice, palliative care, or similar.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care including activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Promote comfort and quality of life per individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to RN and care team.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
• Follow patient care plans and maintain safety and privacy standards.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
• Assist with basic household tasks and infection prevention as needed.
