Job summary

Cadre Family Companies is hiring a Hospice Care Assistant (CNA) in Georgia. You will join the Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care team to provide compassionate in-home care to patients, supporting daily living activities and comfort measures while collaborating with the clinical team.

The role requires GA CNA certification, at least one year of hospice experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current GA CNA certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of CNA experience in hospice, palliative care, or similar setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care including activities of daily living.
• Support comfort measures and observe changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and assist with basic tasks.
• Collaborate with RN case manager and hospice team to coordinate care.
• Document care accurately and timely.
