Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Los Angeles County. This full-time position runs from 8am to 5pm, delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders.

The RN will establish care plans, administer IV therapies, and coordinate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes. Required is a CA RN license (BSN preferred), with at least 1 year of nursing experience and current CPR.

Qualifications

• Establishes effective, timely relations with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Basic computer knowledge and abilities.
• Applies nursing process to develop individualized care plans.
• Demonstrates skills in establishing peripheral IV lines and IV therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Administers intravenous therapies as prescribed.
• Coordinates care with physicians and caregivers to ensure proper treatment.
• Ensures patient safety and quality of care during home visits.
