Job summary

Arlington Assured Home Health, part of the LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant - Per Diem to provide in-home therapy to patients in Washington. You will follow the plan of care, work under supervision, and help patients regain function in their homes.

The role requires WA OTA licensure, a valid driver's license, and NBCOT certification. CPR is preferred. Pay includes per-visit points and hourly pay with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of Washington.
• Must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance or access to dependable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervise OT guidance for home care therapy.
• Follow plan of care and aid patients in evidence-based treatment.
• Observe and report patient responses to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Instruct patient, family, and care team in therapy within scope.
• Provide therapy in diverse home settings.
