BAYADA Home Health Care in Manassas, VA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a per diem or part-time home health role serving adult and geriatric clients. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include home visits, comprehensive evaluations, developing and adjusting OT plans, educating patients and families, and documenting care with an EMR on a tablet.

Qualifications

• Current VA OT license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• At least 1 year OT experience.
• OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA (ACOTE).
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of functional status and ADLs/IADLs.
• Develop and revise individualized OT intervention plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Document observations and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
