UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Aide to provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities for home-based clients in Canton, OH. You will support tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders, while helping with meals and errands as needed.

The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Formación

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
