Job summary

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license with valid insurance and reliable transportation.
• TN: 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours within first 3 months; basic services eligible.
• CPR certification preferred or able to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly and respond to client needs.
• Treat clients with dignity regardless of age, race, creed, or background.
