New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist- Hand for outpatient locations in Boston and Dedham, MA. You will evaluate, treat, and manage hand, wrist, and elbow conditions with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes fabrication and fitting of custom splints, referral-based care, and collaboration with the Rehabilitation Services Department to maintain high-quality standards and strong patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• MA Occupational Therapist License renewed every 2 years.
• 3–5 years minimum work experience in hand therapy or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate and fit custom splints/orthoses in outpatient Hand Therapy.
• Assess functional status and plan care with measurable goals.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and treatment charges.
• Provide patient education and instruction to reinforce therapy program.
