Job summary

NovaCare Havre de Grace is seeking a local Hand Therapist (OT) for per diem coverage at our outpatient orthopedic center. The role emphasizes hand therapy, splinting and collaboration with a team, with supervision of staff as needed.

Prefer CH_T or 2+ years hand therapy experience, opportunity for CEU courses, and benefits after 1,000 hours. In-person/online CEU options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited occupational therapy program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team: supervise assistants and aides; contribute to case management.
• Stay current with occupational therapy research and apply evidence-based practice.
• Provide comprehensive, individualized evaluation, treatment plan and discharge planning.
