Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to Brooksby Village residents.
