Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone system.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors upon arrival in a courteous manner.
• Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answer questions promptly.
• Offer refreshments to visitors when appropriate.
• Manage doctor, beauty, and related appointment books.
• Act as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling issues, etc.).
• Keep lobby area clean and organized.
