Qualifications

• Graduate of a PCT program with at least 6 months of hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the nurse in reviewing and developing corrective action plans regarding patient satisfaction.
• Completes delegated responsibilities as directed by the registered nurse.
• Demonstrates respect for patient confidentiality and rights.
