Job summary

Fuller Hospital, a private psychiatric facility in South Attleboro, MA, seeks an Activity Therapist. In this per diem role, you will provide expressive arts therapy, lead psychoeducational groups, and conduct recreational activities. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

This position presents an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary treatment team dedicated to behavioral health services. A Master’s degree in a related field is required, and prior certification in expressive arts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a creative arts therapy modality or mental health counseling is required.
• Art Therapy or other expressive art certification is preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial activity therapy assessment to develop treatment goals.
• Facilitate 4-5 groups per day.
• Complete group documentation and communicate with the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
