Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a friendly Waitstaff/Server in Albany, NY to deliver attentive dining service for residents. You will work per diem from 4:00pm to 7:30pm, Monday through Wednesday, with weekend availability required, contributing to a restaurant-style atmosphere and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of food service experience and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Compensation ranges from $16 to $17 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards.
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.

Waitstaff/Server Responsibilities include:
