Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a part-time Waitstaff/Server to provide attentive dining service at our Delmar, NY location. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.50–$17.00 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere, coordinating with the Dining Director to ensure resident satisfaction, and setting tables to Peregrine standards. Prior food service experience preferred.

We are currently seeking an attentive and dedicated Waitstaff/ Server.

Schedule:

Part Time

Salary:

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour – based on experience

Waitstaff/Server Responsibilities include:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested
• Review daily menu with residents

Waitstaff /Server Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED) preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience working in the food service industry preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
