Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Colonie, NY is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. This per diem/part-time role requires delivering friendly food service and supporting dining operations for residents.

You will set tables, assist with menus, serve beverages, and help maintain a restaurant-style dining atmosphere in a senior living setting. A HS diploma and prior food service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards.
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
