Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments and procedure rooms before Endoscopy procedures.
• Assist physicians during Endoscopy procedures.
• Obtain, label, and deliver biopsies or labs with RN or MD.
• Maintain and stock Endoscopy supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and report equipment issues to appropriate staff.
• Answer phone and relay information about procedures professionally.
• May assist with waste disposal of medications per guidelines.
• May perform IV insertions after training if qualified.
