Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking an Endoscopy Support Technician to assist physicians during Endoscopy procedures and ensure instruments and rooms are prepared and ready for patient care.

The role includes handling biopsies or labs with the RN or MD, maintaining Endoscopy supplies, and coordinating basic equipment maintenance. Local candidates familiar with hospital-based workflows are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment and supplies for procedures and prep rooms.
• Assist physicians with Endoscopy procedures.
• Label, obtain, and deliver biopsies or labs with the RN or MD.
• Maintain, stock, and order Endoscopy supplies.
• Coordinate a regular maintenance program for equipment and notify for repairs.
• Answer calls and relay messages in a courteous and professional manner.
• May perform IV insertions if you have completed an IV insertion course.
