DigestiveCare, LLC is hiring a PRN Endoscopy Tech to support GI and PAIN procedures in our surgical center. The role requires preparing equipment, assisting physicians, maintaining the GI lab, and ensuring patient care from preop through recovery, weekdays only with possible late evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Medical Assistant, Vet Tech, CNA or PCT required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Operating Room Technology certification a plus.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Render professional care to patients undergoing GI and PAIN procedures.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during GI procedures.
• Maintain the GI procedure area and equipment.
• Assess patients prior to procedures and document intra-procedure notes.
• Assist in Preop and Recovery; turnover bays and discharge patients.
• Stock supplies and keep the GI lab organized and clean.
