Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. seeks an RN PRN for the USPI Southwest Endoscopy and Surgicenter. The role provides nursing care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center with responsibilities across pre-op, Endoscopy, and PACU areas.

Requirements include an unrestricted RN license, a nursing degree, and 1–3 years in relevant settings. GI experience and SA/ASC familiarity are preferred; BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years' experience in PreOP/PACU, ED, Critical Care, Med Surg/Tele.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience strongly preferred.
• GI experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Responsibilities

• Knows and adheres to Center policies and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Follows standards for Endoscopy nursing care according to accepted standards.
• Maintains and updates Endoscopy skills and knowledge.
• Provides multi-dimensional care: Pre-op holding, Endoscopy suite, and PACU.
• Assists physicians with Endoscopy procedures under SGNA guidelines.
