Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is hiring an Endoscopy RN for our Southwest Endoscopy and Surgicenter in Gilbert, AZ. You will work with physicians in the endoscopy suite, pre-op, and PACU, providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and participating in quality improvement. Must have RN license, 1–3 years exp, and current BLS/ALS/PALS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years' experience in PreOP/PACU, ED, Critical Care, Med Surg/Tele.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred; GI experience helpful.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Endoscopy, pre-op holding, Endoscopy suite, and PACU.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and SGNA guidelines.
• Assist physicians during Endoscopy procedures; maintain asepsis.
• Administer conscious sedation under physician direction per protocol.
• Ensure safety, equipment readiness, and team communication.
