Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking an Echocardiography Technician to perform ultrasound studies and support patient care in a multi-specialty setting in Riverside, CA. The role emphasizes quality imaging, equipment maintenance, and accurate reporting for cardiology review.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, AMA‑accredited 2D/Color/M‑Mode training, and is a registered Echo sonographer with current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AMA accredited training in 2D, color flow, and M‑Mode echocardiography.
• Register as an echo sonographer required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and verify completeness of patient examination prior to submission to Cardiologist.
• Maintain diagnostic equipment in good working order and notify supervisor of repairs.
• Record inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Distribute and file all reports and tapes, CDs for physician review.
• Demonstrate ability to perform quant measurements from on‑mode tracings.
