Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing skills, Windows skills, typing and navigating, and e-mail usage.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Direct service: implement ISAs, provide direct support, and assist with daily routines.
• Request coordination and participate in program implementation and development.
• Accurately enter data, progress notes, and summaries.
• Perform housekeeping duties and manage household activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
