Job summary

Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, AL is hiring Dietary Aides on a per diem (as needed) basis. Earn hourly pay ranging from $14.70 to $16.82 depending on experience, with shifts available Sunday through Saturday between 5a and 7p.

Join a caring team that delivers joy, comfort, and community to residents. You'll assist with food service in the health center, prepare salads and desserts, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment while following hygiene standards and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service and prep (salads, desserts) preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapeutic desserts and salads.
• Serve meals in the health center.
• Set up and break down dining room tables.
• Transport food and supplies.
• Keep your station clean and safe.
• Follow hygiene and dress code standards.
• Attend training sessions and follow supervisor instructions.
