Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is seeking a Dietary Aide to support daily dining services for residents. You will assist in all dietary functions, follow safety policies, and help ensure meals meet sanitary regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed; Follow all safety policies and procedures; Report incidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions; Wear protective equipment as necessary; Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations; Assure that food and supplies are readily available for each meal.
• Dispose of food and waster in accordance with established policies
• Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food and supplies
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as necessary.
