Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service and basic knowledge of sanitation are required.
• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing the salad and dessert bar.
• Wash dishes and maintain the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Maintain an adequate supply of beverages.
• Keep the cafeteria and dining room clean at all times.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies.
• Operate the dish machine.
• Assist the cook as required.
• Stock kitchen necessities on each floor as required.
