Parsons Hill Rehab in Worcester is hiring full-time and part-time Dietary Aides. No experience is necessary. On-the-job training provided.

Weekly pay at $16 an hour! Openings include: 32 hours on 6:30a to 2:30p, including every other weekend; 20 hours on 4p-8p, including every other weekend. As a Dining Services Assistant, your duties include following therapeutic diet cards, ensuring proper serving temperatures, timely meal delivery, and maintaining the visual appeal and sanitation of the

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to follow oral and written communication.
• Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas.
• Must be patient, cheerful and able to handle residents appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Follow therapeutic diet cards as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure proper serving temperature of food and beverages.
• Assure timely delivery of meals.
• Maintain visual appeal of the food and use of garnishes.
• Adhere to nourishment lists and stock stations.
• Assist the cook with meal serving times.
• Adhere to sanitation and storage policies.
• Other duties assigned by the dining director.
