Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Waitstaff/Server to join our team in Albany, NY. This per diem role covers 7:00am–2:30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, with weekend availability required. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The position emphasizes high-quality dining experiences for residents, collaboration with the Dining Director, and maintaining Peregrine Senior Living’s standards for service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards.
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
