Job summary
Silver Health Care Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation program. Qualifications
- Must be graduate of an accredited COTA program.
- Must be certified by the NBCOT.
- Must have a valid state license to practice as a COTA.
Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Conduct daily therapy sessions using techniques and equipment to promote patient independence and function.
- Develop and implement treatment plans addressing patient goals and needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Participate in in-service education and professional development programs.
