Job summary

A healthcare service provider located in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility Experience preferred but not required.
• Rehab Optima knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Deliver hands-on care that supports patient progress and goals.
• Help improve daily functioning and reinforce therapy plans.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited program

Current COTA Wisconsin state license
