Job summary

Bridges Homeward seeks a per diem, referral-based Community Based Clinician to deliver family-centered therapeutic services in homes and community settings across the Boston area, including Cambridge, Medford, Chelsea, and East Boston.

You will complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and collaborate with DCF and caregivers while maintaining flexibility for varied hours and assignments. Competitive per diem compensation and supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Experience providing therapy to children, youth, and families preferred.
• Ability to work independently in community settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to cultural humility and providing responsive services to diverse families.
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout the designated service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and families using strengths-based and goal-focused interventions.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with DCF, caregivers, providers, and community partners to support family goals.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and professional development.
