Job summary

Bridges Homeward in Massachusetts seeks a per diem clinician to deliver therapeutic services to children, youth, and families across Cambridge, Medford, Chelsea, and East Boston in community settings.

Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and MA licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) required, with travel across the service area for assignments. Flexibility, supervision, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Massachusetts clinical licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Experience providing therapeutic services to children, youth, and families (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the designated service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and families using strengths based and goal focused interventions.

What You'll Do

• Provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and families using strengths based and goal focused interventions.

The Position

• This is a per diem, referral based position and the clinician must be available to accept assignments throughout the designated service area, including Cambridge, Medford, Chelsea, and East Boston.
• Cases are offered as program referrals become available. Hours, caseload, and frequency of work will vary based on referral volume and family needs and are not guaranteed.
• The clinician must have the flexibility and reliable transportation necessary to provide services throughout the program's designated service area.
• Services are community based and may take place in family homes, schools, community settings, or other approved locations.
• Scheduling is based on the needs and availability of assigned families and may include afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Massachusetts clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to children, youth, and families preferred.
• Ability to work independently in community based settings while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: $35 - $41 per hour
