Job summary

Lifeworks is seeking a Fee for Service Clinician to provide outpatient therapy services to adults with ID/DD and mental health needs in the Westwood, MA area. Licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) are preferred, with per diem/flexible hours and EHR documentation using Harbor Counseling Center systems.

The role emphasizes diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual/family/couples/group therapy, and coordination with the care team while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC or LCSW).
• Experience with outpatient therapy.
• Comfort with individuals with ID/DD and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations.
• Provide individual, family, or group counseling.
• Prepare treatment plans with observable goals and timelines.
• Complete progress notes and related documentation in the EHR.
• Maintain HIPAA and agency confidentiality; coordinate with supervisor.
