Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking per diem Certified Nurse-Midwives to provide high-quality, compassionate care for diverse birthing patients and newborns. Positions cover Clinic, Labor & Delivery, and Birth Center with 8-hour clinic shifts and 12-hour L&D/Birth Center shifts across Cambridge, Somerville, Everett and Revere.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Nursing, RN license, CNM certification (AMCB), CPR/BLS, and NPR status; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required or preferred.
• RN license in good standing with CNM certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and NPR status required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and GYN).
• Work in Clinic, Labor & Delivery and/or Birth Center settings.
• Deliver care on per diem shifts with 8- or 12-hour duration.
• Support diverse birthing patients and newborns with compassionate care.
