Job summary

Oula in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Per Diem Midwife to deliver full-scope midwifery care across prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecology in a team-based model. This on-site role includes rotating on-call shifts and collaboration with midwives, obstetricians, nurses, and care navigators.

This opportunity requires NC CNM licensure and AMCB certification, with a focus on patient-centered, evidence-informed care and a supportive, inclusive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina licensure as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) and AMCB certification.
• Experience delivering full-scope midwifery care from outpatient to hospital birth preferred.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and telemedicine delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care across prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Deliver care in clinics, hospital-based settings, and via virtual visits.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Communicate clearly with patients and support care planning.
• Utilize digital tools to document care and coordinate with the team.
