Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking per diem Certified Nurse-Midwives to provide high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care for ethnically and culturally diverse birthing patients and newborns.

CNMs will deliver full-scope midwifery services across Clinic, Labor & Delivery, and Birth Center settings with 8-hour clinic shifts and 12-hour L&D/Birth Center shifts, at locations including Cambridge, Somerville, Everett and Revere.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or midwifery.
• RN license with active registration.
• AMCB certification as CNM.
• Two years of full-scope midwifery experience preferred.
• BLS “C” certification required.
• NPR status preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and GYN) in Clinic, Labor & Delivery and/or Birth Center.
• Work per diem shifts: clinic days 8 hours; L&D/Birth Center 12 hours.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse birthing patients and newborns.
