Qualifications

• Per diem shift; onsite at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility, Montour Falls, NY

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the patient/resident with ADLs (e.g., morning/evening care, hygiene) and helps prepare units for receiving patient admission, transfer, discharge or emergencies.
• Prepares and assists patients with meals and other nourishment; offers water and nourishment as needed.
• Supports nursing staff by answering call bells promptly, stocking rooms and carts, and reporting abnormal findings.
• Promotes patient rights, including privacy and confidentiality.
• Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR and/or Point Click Care.
