Cayuga Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility team in Montour Falls, NY. The CNA provides direct patient care under supervision, assists with ADLs, reports changes, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Onsite shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, every other weekend, with competitive wages ranging from $22 to $28 per hour plus benefits. NYS CNA certification required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NYS CNA certification.
• Onsite duties requiring patient care and adherence to care plans.
• Experience with EMR/medical records is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and basic comfort measures.
• Obtains vital signs and self-blood glucose readings and documents findings.
• Prepares meals and nourishments and assists with feeding as needed.
• Offers water and nourishment, supports nursing staff, and maintains patient privacy.
• Documents in EMR/Point Click Care and communicates changes to the care team.
