Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to patients with ADLs and personal care.
• Records vital signs and blood sugars; observes and reports any abnormal findings.
• Assists with meals and nourishment; helps maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Supports nursing staff by responding to call bells and stocking rooms.
• Documents in EMR and/or Point Click Care accurately.
